For the first time in D.O. history both the varsity and J.V. teams record back to back wins.
After a rough 0-7 loss to Bishop Gorman on Monday, the D-backs gave it back to Boulder City beating them 2-0 and ending their three game winning streak. Strahinja Pavlovic and Jarom Stuart each scored in the second half to give Desert Oasis their first home win of the season.
Early in the second half of the J.V. game the D-backs were down 0-2 but rallied back to tie it at two goals a piece. Boulder City went ahead 3-2 but the determined Desert Oasis team scored two more goals to win their first home game of the season. Tristan Schoonmaker scored two goals and earned one assist. Herson Ramirez and Ronald Sablan scored the other two goals to set the single most scoring record in one game for the J.V. team.
