It doesn't happen too often but today at practice I was thoroughly impressed. I recently posted a $50 reward to the any player who can juggle 1000 times at practice. Well, the blogs title gives away the secret. Alex Vides spent a solid twenty plus minutes juggling and they he shouted, "Now I'm going to cry!"
The team asked, "How much?"
Vides replies, "989." Eleven simple touches away from fifty dollars.
I have been coaching high school and college for the past nine years and never have I had a player come even close to 500 juggles, so when a fifteen-year-old nearly hits a thousand it impresses me.
